Terms of use

Draft. This is a working draft for review — it has not been checked by a lawyer and is not yet in force.

The deal

OurNow is a private photo experience for groups. One person (the Host) may pay for a plan; everyone they invite uses OurNow free. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own what you capture. You give us only the licence we need to store your photos and show them to the Circle you put them in. When you delete them, that licence ends.

Being decent

Don't upload anything unlawful, and nothing the people in your Circle wouldn't want there. Every photo can be reported from inside the app; we review reports promptly and may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed through the App Store and renew monthly until cancelled in your App Store settings. Prices are shown before you pay. Only Hosts ever pay; joining a Circle is free and always will be.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue OurNow, we'll give you notice and time to save your photos.

The boring but honest bits

OurNow is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it running but can't promise it never breaks. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a clause is unenforceable the rest still stand.
